अगर आप किसी फिजिकल बुक को खरीदते हो और वह वह डैमेज होता है तो आपको उसके लिए उसका एक फोटो और एक छोटा सा वीडियो बना करके हमें मेल कर लाऊंगा जिसके बाद अगर यह सही पाया जाता है तो आप का रिफंड या फिर रिप्लेसमेंट रिक्वेस्ट एक्सेप्ट किया जाएगा.

यदि आप कोई फिजिकल पुस्तक(जो आपके घर तक डिलीवर किया जाएगा) खरीदते हैं और वह क्षतिग्रस्त हो जाती है, तो मैं उसके लिए एक फोटो और एक Sort वीडियो बनाकर हमें मेल करना होगा, जिसके बाद यदि यह सही पाया जाता है तो आपका धनवापसी(Refund)या प्रतिस्थापन(Replacement) अनुरोध स्वीकार कर लिया जाएगा। तब जाकर हम आपकी किताब को 3 कार्य दिवस में बदलने की कोशिश करेंगे। यदि हमें गलत या अमान्य अनुरोध मिला तो हम आपका अनुरोध रद्द कर देंगे।
